Questions

Is this for body-focused OCD specifically?

Yes — it’s built around sensorimotor OCD: awareness of breathing, swallowing, blinking, heartbeat and similar bodily sensations. If your OCD is more about intrusive thoughts or checking, the Break Free Self-Guided program is the better fit.

Do I have to speak in the group calls?

No. Cameras are optional, nobody is ever put on the spot, and you can submit questions anonymously beforehand. Listening is a legitimate way to participate.

How long do I have access?

The course content is yours indefinitely. Group calls and community access run for your program period.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational coaching program based on ACT and exposure principles and my own lived experience. It’s not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
