Does this sound like you?
If you’re constantly aware of your breath, blinking, swallowing, or other internal
sensations, you know how relentless it can feel. Sensorimotor OCD turns everyday
bodily awareness into a source of anxiety, frustration, and exhaustion.
You’ve probably tried to relax, distract yourself, or think your way out, but it keeps
pulling you back.
This program helps you break that loop - not by eliminating the sensations, but by
changing how you relate to them. You’ll learn how to soften your reaction, step out of compulsive monitoring, and build a calmer, more present relationship with your body and your thoughts.
What You’ll Walk Away With
This program isn’t just about understanding sensorimotor OCD – it’s about changing how you respond to it. Over 12 weeks, you’ll learn how to step out of obsessive monitoring and into a life where you feel calm, grounded, and free.
The ability to notice sensations without spiraling into fear or mental analysis
A calmer, more accepting relationship with your body and thoughts
Greater resilience in the face of discomfort and the confidence to move forward without needing it all to be "gone"
A structured step-by-step process for responding differently to compulsive focus and the OCD cycle
A complete toolkit of daily strategies you can use when symptoms flare, with no guesswork
Practical exercises, meditations, and guided tools designed specifically for sensorimotor OCD
Lifetime access to everything so you can revisit, refresh, and keep growing

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the Program?
The full 12-week package is available for: €1800. Payment plans are available to make this accessible to those who are committed and ready to invest in recovery.
What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?
That’s a common experience, especially with sensorimotor OCD, which is often misunderstood or misdiagnosed. Many people are told to “just ignore it” or try mindfulness techniques that actually make things worse. This program is different. It’s designed specifically for sensorimotor OCD and blends practical tools, guidance, and lived experience to help you stop fighting your awareness and start shifting your relationship with it. You’re not broken, maybe you just haven’t had the right support until now.
How is this different from traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy often doesn’t address the unique challenges of sensorimotor OCD. This program is designed from the ground up with this specific subtype in mind. It focuses on targeted strategies like detachment from hyperawareness, acceptance-based tools, exposure exercises tailored to body-focused obsessions, and clear guidance on how to stop feeding the cycle of rumination. Plus, it’s created by someone who’s been through it, and has helped hundreds of others through it, too.
Is this program right for me?
This program may be a good fit if you want structured weekly work, personalised guidance and practical support applying the method.
What happens between coaching sessions?
Between sessions, you’ll work through that week’s video lesson and workbook and practise the relevant exercises in everyday life. Your next coaching session is then used to review what happened, work through obstacles and adapt the next steps to your situation.
