Individual coaching programmes from €1,200
Guided is €1,200 and includes 6 individual coaching sessions across 12 weeks. Fully Coached is €1,800 and includes 12 individual sessions over 12 weeks. Both include the complete programme. We’ll discuss which level of support fits your needs.

The 30-minute discovery call is free. Please book if you are considering Guided or Fully Coached and are comfortable with the starting price of €1,200. We’ll discuss your goals and whether the programme is a suitable next step.
Self-Guided buyers do not need a discovery call. Join Break Free Self-Guided or Sensorimotor Self-Guided directly for €600, or 3 monthly payments of €200. Both include the complete 12-week programme with optional group support and no individual coaching sessions.
