Questions
Will focusing on sensorimotor OCD make me more aware of my sensations?
It is a fair worry — and it is exactly why the program is shaped the way it is. We spend the early weeks on your theme because feeling understood matters and because you need to know precisely how the loop works. Then we deliberately move the spotlight off the sensations and onto your life, because withdrawing attention — not analysing harder — is the way through. By the final weeks, the sensations are a footnote. That is not avoidance of the topic; that is the treatment working.
Is this for body-focused OCD specifically?
Yes — it’s built around sensorimotor OCD: awareness of breathing, swallowing, blinking, heartbeat and similar bodily sensations. If your OCD is more about intrusive thoughts or checking, the Break Free Self-Guided program is the better fit.
Do I have to speak in the classes?
No. Cameras are optional, nobody is ever put on the spot, and you can submit questions anonymously beforehand. Listening is a legitimate way to participate.
How long do I have access?
