Weeks 1–2 · Find Hope

How recovery actually works, the Three Steps, and your mission statement. Understanding why everything you have tried so far made sense but did not work — and why you are not broken. Most people tell me something loosens in these first two weeks just from finally understanding the loop.

Weeks 3–4 · Drop Anchor

Into the body: allowing, self-compassion, and the Island. Learning to stand steady while the storm blows, rather than being dragged around by every thought.

Week 5 · Set Course

Values as your compass, goals as ports along the way — because recovery needs a direction, not just an escape.

Weeks 6–8 · Face Fear

Triggers, the cold, then real exposure — done properly, at your pace, with your why in your pocket. Moving toward the things OCD has taken from you.

Questions

Do I have to speak in the classes?

No. Cameras are optional, nobody is ever put on the spot, and you can submit questions anonymously beforehand. Listening is a legitimate way to participate — many people start that way.

How long do I have access?

The course content is yours indefinitely. Live classes and community access run for your program period.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational coaching program based on ACT and exposure principles and my own lived experience. It’s not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
