No. This is an educational course based on ACT and exposure principles and my own lived experience. It’s not a substitute for professional mental health treatment — if you’re in significant distress, please also consult a licensed professional.

Which OCD types does it cover?

The method works across themes — checking, contamination, intrusive thoughts, rumination. (For sensorimotor OCD specifically, I have a dedicated program.)
